Same day visa Premium Appointments

If you are unable to secure a premium appointment for your Tier 2, Tier 1 extension, ILR or FLR, we may be able to file your application under our representative slots in any of the PEOs.

Croydon Service

In line with the  Public Enquiry Office (PEO)’s current process, all providers are required to file a request on Monday from 9.00 to 16.00. Available slots are allocated on first come first served basis and as a result cannot be guaranteed. The actual date and time of the appointment is entirely at the discretion of the PEO and cannot be changed once the appointment has been granted.

The lead time is usually 6 weeks unless an emergency appointment or cancellation can be obtained.

Sheffield Service

The Home Office offers a service, which allows frequent users of the Tier 2 system to submit their applications in person at the PEO in Sheffield, rather than via the standard postal route. 50 premium slots are released every week to a number of legal representatives, including ECS.  Appointments are booked in advance over the telephone and slots will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

For Tier 1, FLR (O) and ILR applications, ECS has access to two premium appointment slots per week. Appointments are booked in advance by email on Mondays at 9.00 precisely. The lead time is usually 2 weeks unless an emergency appointment or cancellation can be secured.

The Process

Applications are submitted by a ECS agent, but applicants must attend the appointment in person to submit their biometric information.  If the appointment takes place before 11 am, the application is normally processed and available for collection on the same day, otherwise document are posted back to the applicant the following day by Special Delivery.  Biometric residence permits are usually issued within five  to ten working days.

We would advise you to please only consider using this service where you are certain that you will be able to keep to the appointment allocated, as frequent cancellations are likely to impact on our ability to obtain appointments for clients in the future.

Securing the appointment is part of the service we offer and cannot be sold separately.

To secure an appointment on your behalf we will need:
- your full name as it appears on your passport;
- your date of birth;
- your nationality;
- your full address in the UK;
- your current status in the UK;
- the expiry date of your current visa.

As part of our service we will assist with the preparation of your application and the gathering of your supporting documentation.

Family slots are extremely scarce, accordingly you are advised to contact us as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
